Our appointments are offered by telephone or videoconferencing for your safety due to COVID19 health concerns. All other aspects of our care will remain the same so we can aim to provide the very best services to you and your loved ones. We look forward to meeting in person at one of our convenient locations when it is safe to do so.

If Karen is unable to speak to you at the time of your call, please do leave a message as we would like to help you and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Karen will offer you the first available appointment with the most appropriate clinician; if you are willing to provide a little information about your needs it will help let us to find the best match.

We welcome feedback on all aspects of our service and will endeavour to provide you with the very best service. We consider requests for visits to residential care facilities, nursing homes and residential homes on an individual basis. We aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible, but as we do not provide a crisis service please see External Crisis Support.
