Karen, our Practice Manager, will answer your telephone enquiries and provide as much help and information as possible to help you manage your appointments. She will help you deal with Medicare and private health fund requirements and manage your account keeping/receipts. Karen has a good understanding of the skills of each clinician and will work with the clinicians to match your needs with the most suitable person for the earliest available appointment. She is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays unless otherwise indicated on the answer machine message.

Karen is supported by additional staff in our various clinics to assist in managing your appointments.
