For all enquiries about HeadwayHealth’s services please call our Practice Manager Karen on 02 9453 3027 The phones are attended Monday, Wednesday and Thursday unless otherwise indicated on the answer machine. If Karen is unable to speak to you at the time of your call, please do leave a message as we would like to help you and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Karen will offer you the first available appointment with the most appropriate clinician; if you are willing to provide a little information about your needs it will help let us to find the best match. We welcome feedback on all aspects of our service and will endeavour to provide you with the very best service. We consider requests for visits to residential care facilities, nursing homes and residential homes on an individual basis. We aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible, but as we do not provide a crisis service please see External Crisis Support.
